  • Gilmour is a god. No one can play the guitar like him no one.

  • Il n' y a pas d'ambiguïté !

  • A great version of this Classic Elvis song!

  • i love him

  • Gilmour il another God!

  • Same timing almost as In the Flesh, But not the same. I am sure he liked the tempo so David played it maybe? Its David either way. Elvis did not play this song that way!!

  • This one kills the AR version.

  • sucks

  • The best tele I ever played belongs to him as well. A tele deluxe, one of the ones with regular pickups and white binding on a three color sunburst. Yummmm...

    Dave the Rave indeed....

  • @ivancarling Thats not a Tele Deluxe, its a 1955 Fender Esquire with a Duosonic pickup in the neck.

  • Outstanding!

  • I love him singing this. Love it, love it, love it. Elvis didn't have nothin' on

    The Most Excellent David Gilmour.

  • Man the Tele is so sweet. God knows how much it would go for on ebay lol.

  • Worlds best Telecaster solo without a doubt!

  • the true king david gilmour.

  • Genio!

  • I actually like this version over the Abbey Road one...something more raw about it.

  • what a voice

  • The best ever!!

  • Dont Dont leave us soo soon david for here in ours eyes must stay

  • This is great, now try listening to him doing it live at abbey road, blows this version out of the water. Enjoy !!!!!

  • He never ceases to amaze.

  • Gawd he's awesome....play it baby

  • great perfomance of gilmour!!! the best voice ever!!!

  • Is it just me, or is the Elvis version of this song impossible to find, I mean he's recorded like what, fifty songs with the word "Don't" in it?

  • just fuckin brillamt, nuff said

  • that guitar is just as badass as he is!!

  • Amazing cover. 5/5. Now that's a VINTAGE guitar :D

  • 1955 Fender Esquire

    just a tad worn....

  • absolutly amazing, i love davids voice here, prefere this version to the kings lol

  • Love IT .. not other words are needed

  • I Think David Gilmour is hands down, the BEST at vocal phrasing.

  • David is very good musicman,my longfavorite.4

  • David is the man. A Legend playing a Legend is an Absolute.

  • A legend sings a legend!

  • well said.

  • Great version of this great Elvis tune that is often overlooked

  • AWESOME VIDEO

  • This guy can make you cry with just a few notes !

    What a sparkling,sweet solo he ripped of his old Esquire;

Jerry Leiber and Mike Stoller must have been proud of this special tribute version of her song.

  • Anyone having the tablature for the Solo?

  • The master himself!!!

  • words can't say what Gilmour can do

  • elvis must be soo proud

  • Genius

  • Very good!

  • i am a big fan of the king but dave does a better version. almost makes me weep. xx

  • no te mueras nunca!

  • He does a better version of this on a A TRIBUTE TO THE KING by Scotty Moore and friends.

  • yep, thats right

  • Same picking pattern as In the Flesh, bu tits an old Elvis tune man, sorry.

  • Ow.... I really want a tele plus a tweed fender... Oh, good please help me... Like BB KIng said once ago: Help the poor...

  • superb mr gilmour

  • No, the guitar pattern was originally recored by Elvis in 1957. Writing credits don't go to Gilmour or Waters

  • Nice!!! For guitar-pc-software see: www lickonizer de
