Not necessarily true. Resistive touch has been around the longest, and has had a lot more time to become refined.

So just because it isn't capacitive or optical doesn't mean it isn't a good screen...

its not as responsive

it uses several screen layers which fade out the display and make sunlight legibility worse

u can now use a stylus with capacitive (pogo stylus) and u cud always use stylus or anything with optical which is more responsive. optical can work with everything u use to touch it and can support multitouch.

no matter how gud they can make a resistive touchscreen it wont be as gud as optical or capacitive.
