Balloons on the other hand, will intermingle with the atmosphere. If they were balloons they would display characteristic signs of bouyance, such as dipping, darting, and being whisked about the sky by the wind and air turbulence. These objects are able to maintain a parallel formation while travelling in the same direction.

Agreed, but if you ask me these are to large to be balloons, and they are moving sideways not up like balloons would do, now if you can show me video evidence with a date of this balloon festival i would look into it, until then I doubt the balloon explanation very much.
balloons assume a slow ascension rate after they get so high because of altimic pressure and they can move sideways if there is a slight breeze just an opinion

did I say they where 20 feet? They are definitely large though given height and there size i would estimate them to be around 16 feet in diameter. Look when he zooms out, they are way up there.
try again...I was a paratrooper, and I can tell you why your explanation is flawed. 1. If that was an airborne operation with that many being deployed, no way they'd be that high. 2. 99% of all military jumps of that size would have their chutes instantly deployed, thus their descent would be way faster than shown in this video...Good video, who know's what the heck it is.
These things are real. I've seen them before. I've just never seen that many at one time. Just set a good quality camera outside on a tripod with the zoom on...let it run for a while. Bring the video in through your computer....and watch what you get. You'll usually get one or more. Sometimes, they move so fast that you have to watch parts frame by frame. Random still pics of the sky with a good digital camera works too.
Shoot at em. If they scatter and leave or better yet, attack then you have a real event. You don't have to hit the target people. A warning shot should do. This is somebody's wedding balloons. Or are they? Pass the Mescal.

if it was raindrops u wud catch at least one of them rolling down the glass, also if u look close u can see some of them getting closer to each other and also moving away slightly.

It would be great if this is truly a fleet of UFOs, but you would have to find out how far away these objects were to determine their size. And, judging from this video, they don't look that far up in the air. I hope that they're UFOs, because, a mass sighting like this all over the world would really convince more people of Aliens existence, and seek the real truth, that the government has been hiding from us.
