Maybe those that think it's modern never heard real R&B songs by American singers! LOL so they don't know exactly what real R&B sounds like. To me this is not R&B at all. I have no clue what it is. Is good to modernize but modernize your own songs. traditional songs actually mordernizing like Abel mulugeta sings bahil modernizing our own things this is so fake.

Yeah, I totally agree. I went home (to Ethiopia) to visit about five months ago and I run into this "Bole girls" who annoyed me with their "english-amharic" accents....so I started talking to them in pure english. Guess what? non of them spoke english well. So I embarassed them like that on perpose. Why the hell were they acting like Amharic is not their first language? I can't stand people like that.

But understand this, if Amharic like to add there language to the nation's language in America - like the Spanish is- you must mix - and by making music like this you well do something like that, its good to spreed language around the world and music is the best why to do that, (pls. English people thank its alsm/cool when thy can say, just a few words in Amharic are any other language at that..- "it depends on where you are at thou ... "
