Go to facebook and type in Prius HID class action. go to that fan page and click on info. On that page there is another video. About removing the bumber - The people that think the HID's can be changed without removing the bumber are dead f-ing wrong! They maybe have changed lights on the prius but not HID's, they have changed the Halogens which can be done without removing the bumper. The housing is different. When you read about those changes they always talk about a boot - HID no boot
Thanks for the nice video! I too will tackle this problem. I was wondering where those screws were in the wheel-well. I hear that you can change the bulbs without removing the bumper (by feel, mainly), but I want to do it like you did so I can see what I am doing.
I enjoyed your #!#* comments during the process, It's good to know that I am not the only one to curse the auto designers for turning what should have been a 10 min. replacement into a major undertaking. LOL
