@MiniVoltar It's mentioned in the third paragraph of the video description; second sentence. It's hard to be more specific than that, as it's difficult to get the timing just right.
@MiniVoltar I am Mattrizzle, a.k.a. Mattress87, a ROM hacker for seven years and the uploader of this video. I would be revealing too much if I said anything else...
@MiniVoltar This is why I told you to be more specific in the other question. If you had worded the question in some way similar to "Which character are you?," I would have known exactly what you were asking.
The correct answer is none of them. All four are COM players, because CamStudio and Project64 make my computer lag when I use both simultaneously, and this mini-game requires precise timing.
@SomeFluffer64 I haven't had a working GameShark that can use keycodes for almost a decade. I had two GameShark Pros and both randomly died, leaving me with only a v1.07. A pdf of an instruction manual from April 1999 didn't list Mario Party as one of the games requiring a key code.
@videogames4u2see I'm just surprised that these two Mario Party videos are still getting this much attention nearly a year after I uploaded them, while my videos from the past six months are lost in obscurity...
I feel like this is a YouTube issue, because my homepage won't display any of the activity I've done beyond uploading these two videos.
i just realized, none of the yoshi colors matched the characters, besides Luigi and Yoshi (himself).
Mario should get red yoshi
Wario should get purple yoshi
Donkey Kong should get yellow yoshi
Peach should get pink yoshi
also, the Wiggler moms and babies look similar to the Wiggler from Super Mario 64, in Tiny Huge Island cave, with the exception of having a set of hands at the front. anyone noticed that?

@JanitorAntisocial O_O I didn't even notice that until now! Eww, Luigi...
As for a possible technical explanation, I think Luigi's animation wasn't finished yet, so they gave him a different character's (Peach's?) as a placeholder. Luigi's skeleton probably isn't rigged the same way as the character the animation was intended for.
Sounds like an interesting game, but it is really fast like a WarioWare game. The Yoshi idea probably isn't the greatest since a player as Yoshi would not be riding another Yoshi, plus there would be multiple of them.
Everyone's on a Yoshi...except Yoshi. xD

@MiniVoltar Your question is too vague. Are you asking how to access the minigame, or about the button controls?

@Mattress87 The button Controls

What key code in gameshark does this run under?
SomeFluffer64 2 months ago
@SomeFluffer64 Mario Party does not require a key code.
Mattress87 2 months ago
@Mattress87 you sure? I tried this on a real n64 gameshark and the game wouldn't load.

"I don't understand why this video is getting so much attention..."
~ Maybe because it's a mini-game that people have never seen in Mario Party?!

@nlicky Yoshi wouldn't ride himself, he'd be the Yoshi on the bottom with nobody riding him.
