I Remeber this show from years ago, when i was a teenager.. one episode really sticks in my mind.. the one with Elc and his childhood friend, such a sad sad episode.. Great show though.

For the longest I kinda hated this anime, it is really different than the game, the title of this could very well be, "Arc the Lad II, Loose variation on Elc's Sub-plot" because that's what this anime was, Elc in Alt2 is just the initial main character, but at a point his stuff is resolved and the plot becomes bigger, and I remember being put off by the changes to Elc's backstory, but I can't really remember why as it's been so long since I watched this.

I love Arc The lad, the game is one of my favorites, the plot of the series takes place before the plot of the game.

Great anime, and no, it's loosely based off the storyline from the game. A few parts like the characters and some of the plot....

@Vinicacto no it is not exactly like the game from what i have seen i havent seen all of it but thay do leave a few important thengs out like a few misseng main charecters and tahy changes chongars name to chongala

@Vinicacto It is nearly 100% the games story minus the ending. The games ending is REALLY SAD this one isn't that much so.

Yea, almost black. The sprite has it black but the art has it dark purple.
