Hi DD, I would like to hear all four parts of What causes Attachment to Narcissists or Toxics but I can't find parts one-three. Can you email it to me? Also, what a blessing you are to all of us!!!!
Glad I found your channel again Sis.. Your a wonderful spirit that speaks truth. I've been married to a Narcissist since 1979. My "baby" is 20years old. I've always been the caged bird in this marriage. I STILL LOVE HIM. We are Christians, and I guess that has played it's part on why I have not left yet.. Still dealing with this, but planning on leaving soon. Would love to chat with you! Peace!
@spiritwoman908 where would you like to chat with me? I can be reached through email or phone. Let me know. I'm off to an eye doc appt shortly, but will be home after that.
You know the psychology of people who are attracted to these types is fascinating. Look at the underlying conditions that make some people receptive to advances that have so many draw backs to most people. The narcissist looks for people that don't look out for themselves, like a lone wolf seeking prey.
You are talking about dopamine for the beginning part. Oxytocin is the cuddle, warm fuzzy that settles down from dopamine which is the infatuation...and that's only if the relationship is healthy to begin with.
would you please spell the chemical in the brain that bonds us to people you were talking about? I really think God brought me to your channel. He wants ME to go see him but he doesn't want to come here to see me and we are married.
I don't think not believing in Jesus could be AT ALL a "red flag" criteria to determine a pathology, it might actually be part of symptoms which could also work in the opposite case and I could also diagnose some serious pathologies out of the delusions belief and faith creates. I thought you were some kind of anthropologist or something, I think this should be an open topic for believers and non-believers, since you're actually pretty good spotting some behaviors.
@Pinpilinlique my video channel has always been open to people with or without a belief in God, Jesus, Holy Spirit, etc. I let God handle the spiritual end of things, however, I know He has gotten me personally through and He wants to help others if they ask. I will never be ashamed of who I serve, but yes, this channel is open to people whether or not they hold the same beliefs I do.
Thank you for this video. I think you are awesome!!! I got involved with someone (divorced) that admitted he dishonored his x-wife by having a three year relationship with a lady on his job that he said was crazy and constantly accused him of fooling around, isn't that funny. This lady on his job eventually left him and than he said, one year later, he met me. I don't have to tell you what I got!!! He eventually left me for an old girlfriend that contacted him on Facebook.
Connection should always be Spiritual, Emotional, Educational, Hopes & dreams before physical. Many Narcs/Spath's like leadership roles and places where there are morals like churches. My first a Spath met at a Bible college. The second a Narc met through ad but said he was a Christian. They are great deceiver's. They mirror your likes & dislikes the very person who you are. They hook you in then they destroy you by eating you alive. This eating is done in private. In public you are praised.
You said that your mother told you that if somebody can do something against others then they will do it to you too. @ 2.10. A narcissist told me the same thing. Probably the most useful thing I have ever learned.
Alot of your advice doesn't really make sense. you kind of give the impression that you don't have much life experience. It is like you have read about this stuff but not lived it and now your giving out advice to people that is vulnerable. you mean it well but :S

@Monikblessed be glad he is GONE and move on with finding yourself for a while. After you heal, you will be less likely to attract another like him!
