dont underestimate the high quality guitars, drums, and amps pelican uses. This fact alone almost insures cd like live shows. Trust ive seen pelican 5 times. they always are rocking out and feeding off the music,,, they are amazing live. plus they know how to get the guitars to sound good in monitors, they have no vocals to base songs off of, so they basically need to hey each others melodies

@00Void Thanks. I just wish it had less grain when capturing video. But hey, I'd rather sacrifice exceptional video for good audio at live shows. I hate to self-promote, but I'd suggest checking out some more show videos. If you liked Pelican you may like Caspian.

@utahbmxer Thanks! Heh heh, I catch myself watching this video every now and then. I love this song too. As for the audio, I'm surprised at how well this camera records audio. My previous cameras always distort, but this one seems to have really, really good auto leveling and almost never goes in the red.
