Yep, thats nursing. You work your ass off while the lazys that have been around the unit for a few years sit and do nothing. Nasty nurses are in every unit. Management loves them, the nastys create lots of problems and that keeps us fighting each other.
Nurses that fight each other will never join a union and fight the real problem- CEO GREED.
