S-300PMU-2 (newer version that Iran and syria has) is more than capable of detecting and taking out stealth B2 bombers and any other aircraft in US arsenal. Iran needs much more in a case if Americans will strike: at least some hundreds of Tor's, at least some tens of S-300 or S-400 for far/high targets and for sure a lot of radar AA (like Gepard/Shilka/Tinguska/etc) to avoid spending missiles for every JDAM.
