I have actually met this sloth in the Uganda wildlife reserves, they named it José Ballesteros due to its close resemblance to the golfer

sloths are anything but stupid. their biological efficiency and metabolic process is amazing compared to other mammals. the fact that they are a host for algae, bacteria, fungi and insects; they blend well with the environment, hell, they are a environment. they are also pretty wise for staying up high much of their life, because the danger is on the ground. Sloths are the pimps of the jungle, so STFU if you dont like them.
