And unless you are unsatisfied with your results, there is no need for further surgery lol

well, i had rhinoplasty when i was 18 (i recently turned 20), im korean btw, i just went in for a consultation prior to surgery, and my doctor just explained how it would turn out. and the result was stunning, my nose was higher, pointer, slimmer ( i had the typical flat, wide, ugly asian nose before), so it's important to trust your doctor and just leave it to him without asking for much. and the thing about micheal jackson, his nose has fallen off due to extensive rhinoplasty

im really sad right now because i got this surgery to remove a bump and deviated septum repair but there is still a bump after the surgery, not as much as there was but there is still and i was hoping it would be straight...the bump feels hard like its bone, thats why im worried if its swelling or not..if it is a callus that formed, will that go down enough to eventually show a straight profile?

pain is very minimal, not hard at all, and yeah there is some bruising but u can get this great homeopathic remedy called arnica montana which can prevent bruising

I had rhinoplasty last Tuesday to smooth down a large bump on the bridge of my nose. Today I got the cast off and my nose looks pretty much the same as it did when I went in...there is still a big bump. My surgeon said it's still really swollen and it's going to look really nice but I'm disappointed because I thought I'd at least see somewhat of a change at first. Do you think the bump I have now is just swelling and it will go away within the next few weeks? I'm really worried about it.

it looks like that in the first days..i didnt get anose job,but my sister did beucase she broke up her nose in her childhood and it was getting bigger and ugly and she had a huge bump too. but actually,a month later it looked definetely great,sometimes i think she got more beautiful nose than i do hahah. but did you get the wanted results? did it show off?

I got the packing out today, which wasn't exactly pleasant, but I don't feel so congested.

Yesterday was hell though, my throat was getting way to dry. Right now, I'm feeling some pressure in my nose and every couple minutes I lightly blow out the drainage onto my mustache dressing. I cleaned it about an hour ago, and I'm gonna clean it again in 2 hours, and before bed. My directions were to clean 4-5 times a day.

It's pretty chill. Much more atheistically pleasing than before. The recovery was a bit rough but beauty is pain. The day after was awful because the packing. But once that was out I was just drugged up for like a week. It doesn't hurt ever now, I had an open rhinoplasty and the scar is barely noticeable. I'm content with my self-esteem. I just don't like when I'm teased about it. I'd say it was worth it, cause next thing you know it's a year later and you're just going on with life.
