I was there that year....Missed out my best bit. Three hovering a mile apart....3 come from afar, & when they meet their counterpart ALL SIX go skywards. Car alarms go off....dogs barking everywhere (couldn't stand the noise)....it WAS awesome
I love the Harrier. An awesome plane. Please bring it to Farnborough every 2 years, to commemorate the height of British Engineering. I comes at you like a big moth. It;s beautiful. It makes the ground shake. I've seen it plenty and every time it brings this big smile to my face. ;>) Thanks for posting.
