Granted Henry never competed in the World Strongest Man competition, but he did win the Arnold Classic in 2002 with only 1 month of preparation; and the Arnold Classic consists of World Strongest Man competitors. Henry has held 3 world records in weightlifting. He also became the first man to lift and press over held the 172lb 'Inch' dumbbell in 2002, only one other man has done so since.

@MrKroppstahl I get what you guys are saying but Brock Lesnar toss around some of the biggest wrestlers there are with it looking easy, Kane and Goldberg struggled when picking Big Show or Mark Henry up. Brock used a lot of power moves as well, just look at Brock's belly-to-belly suplex on mark henry, and try to find someone else who could do that..you can't

Brock is a strong dude though not saying that but he said that kane was stronger than him at one time himself so it must have been true.

the only shit goldberg ever did was a jackhammer on big show and big show weighed 450 or less. thats the ONLY thing he ever did.
Brock wrestled a heavier big show for 2 YEARS in tons of matches doing at least 30+ over the shoulder suplexes. goldberg is nothing.

Doesnt take much strength when the other guy jumps for you, but it DOES take strength to hold them upright in the air on one shoulder, even if Show was lighter then. Goldbergs jackhammered some big guys man, Big Show twice, Mark Henry twice, Rosey, Umaga. . . . and even Lesnar . . . . at least TWICE
