This actually is funny, you're basically telling her you have this invisible bodyguard that follows you around where ever you go and shoots at people with a magnum.

The perk doesn't really make sense ingame, it's more there for a 'hollywood style' guy coming in just in time and finishing someone off, it's kinda breaking the fourth wall that your character's not just aware of it, but cool with this random stalker ghost that helps you for no reason.

Note: If you dont have the DLC you cannot start the quest, otherwise, you just need to walk up to the space ship when you suddenly get abducted! The quest is to escape the Mothership. :) did that help at all?
