Leaves a SLIMEY film forced to wash yourself twice to get clean. WEAK soap
Leaves your bathroom dirty with the film it ALWAYS leaves behind, on the walls, on the shower doors shower curtains and the FAMOUS ring around the tub
Then forced to purchase their other products to clean that mess and polluting our waters
A deliberate production.
There are many bio degradable products which DO NOT leave Dirty Films. AND cleanses your body once with out that SLIMEY FILM DIAL products leave
Same thing with Coast soap as well. I recently bought their limited edition "throwback" bars and they were shaped very similar to that bar you just held up. If I'm not mistaken the old bars were 4oz and the new "shapely" bars are 3.5oz. I'm too lazy to get up and look but I'm pretty sure they've taken out quite a bit. They say they did that as to not have to increase in price...but they still did in a sneaky way by giving us less for our money!
The contents of the package are clearly printed on the packaging of the soap, so I'm not sure it's legally considered a "rip off". I won't buy it anymore because I can't stand the shape of the new bar...It's annoying and a huge marketing MISTAKE! They're no longer an American company - they were recently purchase by a German firm.
Zest has done the same thing. With their bar they also took out a scoop from the bottom. But instead of also taking a scoop from the top they made it an hour-glass shape as viewed from the top. I have found that Dial and Zest do this for not just one but two reasons. First, they cheat you out of material as you have already pointed out. Secondly, though, the bar tends to break in half early and, they are hoping, you will just throw the pieces away sooner and buy more. It is a rip-off.
Thank You!!!!!!! This is the worst fucking soap I ever used in my life. It leaves you dry and itchy as shit all over, the faint fragrance of it lasts all of 30 minutes, and its almost odorless, next day you smell like you went jogging for 10 miles and slept in your own sweat. Its like showering with a rock. Entirely ineffective. Dove Soap for Men FTW.
I also heard that one of the major peanut butter brands, I can't remember which one, now makes their jars with a big concave dimple on the bottom of the jar so you get considerably less peanut butter than before.
honestly i thought soaps are curved because when their in the shower and their sitting in water, the curve helps them not touch the water as much as if it was a flat bar. just my 2 cents.
How much did you pay and other company's to wipe out the ph of our water supply, in order to destroy the organic soap market and leave us no choice but to buy your poison, " You don't believe me, go ahead smell your armpits, evil corperate america at work.
ALL HYPE

What you need is to find an old bar, and weigh both of them. They're probably just trying to make the bar more ergonomic for when you wash your bum.

I'm all for the strongly worded letter and all, but just switch to body wash. It's always sold by volume. It's a win-win.
