Good job...whomever made the dumb ass statement "not as well as Marvin" must be a great confidence builder (actually destroyer) around kids/grand kids.
We already all know there will be only one Main Man Marvin. It's a given.
But this young lad has the guts to rehearse, sing on YOUTUBE, and enjoy doing it. Maybe he doesn't want to be another Marvin Gaye, but is proud of who he is, of his own voice,etc..
I've always found it hard to sing like Marvin Gaye. People say that I have a high-pitched voice, but my singing voice is a bit lower. I don't have the range of brotha Marvin.

Well, I agree with you that I did restrain a bit, but it was actually due to a bad cough (if you pay attention at 3:41, I'm trying not to cough lol). Also, you hearing a vocal with no effects such as reverb or any type of compression in comparison to one that has it all. But, ay! Like I said before, very appreciate your opinion! Peace PDL II
