@TheLaLasProductions Hello My friend,..I am the editor of the site and work in the industry for a few years...from waht I know from my friends, many of them samba dancers, they work out regularly, but when carnival season starts, apart from the samba session ( 3 times a week) they do special workout ( body building focused on the lower body) and also vitamins + whey protein. @TheLaLasProductions It is called genetics, my friend. Its that African and Indian. I am an African American woman who has attempted to achive that very look for 20 years and no matter how many butt lifts I do I can't get my ass that smooth!LOL

@365puddin it might be their fat distribution.. i think it might be cause some women have more fat in the lower body so that it covers the muscles enough to look smooth, even after they've exercised to enough to get a flat stomach. i don't know. but i watch Buffie the Body's channel for exercises and tips on how to get a similar body shape

@TheLaLasProductions - I don't think they use fat-burning diets like a lot of people, they look like they eat variable food instead of cutting carbs out or lowering them. For some reason, often it is thought that if a person has a fat layer under their skin they are not really fit - but it's not true even for men - for women even less so - you can work out /dance/ 24 hrs a day, if you replenish yr body with food yr fat is not gonna disappear, but yr muscles are gonna be bigger.

TB achei mto legal que a Regina DEIXA a imprensa trabalhar, inclusive se vc perceber afastando por alguns instantes algum membro da Harmonia...Ela teve a sensibilidade de perceber o grande momento que estava acontecendo.
