This tune is one of the best R & B instrumentals I've ever heard! Patrice Rushen is an outstanding musician. I remember I bought the album 'Straight From the Heart' when it first came out and I fell in love with it-- I was instantly 'hooked' and I couldn't stop listening to it!

The music was played on the US Arm Forces Radio Network in early 1980's. The radio show moved to USA with the music broadcast to southwest Texas and Oklahoma mid 1980's

When I was in the US Army stationed in West Germany. I've hosted a radio show that used this music for a theme. At the time the Germans loved it and to my surprise at the time was a Grammy nom for best instrumental. Great piece of music!
