i agree with ycats1000, dreamweaver won't display what the rendered page looks like unless you click the live data view button. but it doesn't display what it looks like with the style sheet information and won't let you edit the style sheet. this makes dreamweaver nearly useless for designing dynamic sites using something like wordpress. what a piece of crap.

google and download wamp if you're using windows, mamp if you're on a mac. look for youtube vids on setting them up. it's easy though.

if you're asking how to connect dreamweaver to wamp/mamp it's in the dreamweaver help or you might be able to find youtube videos on it.
