Yeah, I thought that was pretty neat, it actually says PAID on it after i took a closer look, but it is 1886, that's what i thought was cool, wait for more history to show up real shortly

Yeah that is awesome man, I am a history degree holder not too big on presidents but that is a piece of history a dated cut signature with postmark that will pry make it worth more than a standard cut, try offering it to the stamp and postal collectors out there too its a piece of history
