accually the trick is very straight forward all you have to do is cause enough friction between the motion in the fork while it moves and depending on the way you shake the fork, if you may. You will get a slight bend in the fork as you will notice. when you notice the slight bend shake the fork in the direction very quickly for a second or two or the fork will heat up with the pantronomical friction it will bend drastically or brake. :) just practice practice practice it accually works
