A recording contract (or connections in the business). Always remember that there are people out there who will find something wrong with everything. I have an expression, Those who can do. I posted on your cover of Use Somebody,and I'm presuming you want constructive criticism. In comparison this a capella is much better, but I still think you would benefit from a lot more work. In your cover of Time after Time you are actually out of tune in places. It looks like you have some kind of friendship with most of the people who usually comment on your singing. I'm sorry but they're giving you what you want to hear and not what you need to hear.

Hey Karen, I didn't know the song at first, so I found the original version of the song performed by Joni Mitchell and you absolutely did to a really great job on it, even on those sections with those very high notes, which I noticed you sang very strongly. Those Melissa M. lessons are paying off! I look forward to when you re-post a video of you singing AND playing the song on piano. How's that for a challenge? Keep up the good work.
