Is there anything you can't do? I love the Phidippus Audax picture, I just found one the other day, a juvenile, and she is so full of color. A rotten branch fell off a tree and busted when it hit the ground, and the spider managed to live. So I took it home with me since it was cold, I didn't want her die in the cold.
One of my least favourite exercises in high school art class was making a linoleum cut of Notre Dame Cathedral. It took me weeks, putting my GCSE exhibition on hold, and turned out pretty awful. If only we had the Internet 20 years ago. I'd never even seen a woodcut at the time!

not sure if it was a lack of anatomical knowledge or weather it was just more of a cartoonish style..maybe a mix of both ;)..amazing skills you show and i imagine great patience..i suppose there isn't much room for mistakes whilst scribing!!
Beautiful work, great video! I think I might take printmaking one semester in school. I need to find out if working with rubber stamps is required at all though, as I have an allergy to latex. But this video made me want to look into it again. Thanks!
thank you.

Nice work man, I really like your spider print , looking really 3D. The 3part color print is also very beautifully toned.
