@Cabdimadoobeh if you can quote a surah from the quraan or a saheeh hadeeth that alowed to do mowlid then your right go a head and do it but if not the your actually saying we are doing better the what's revealed to our prophete mohamed (pbuh) none of the sahabah has done anyting like this after the prophete (pbuh) , prove me wrong if you can.its not the praising of the prophete that's wrong but Mowleed is totaly is. peace

tell me, in the time of Rasullah(saw) , was there a mushaf of the Quran?

tell me, did Rasullah(saw) drove a car or rode a camel?

did Rasullah(saw) use a toothbrush?

Did Rasullah use soap when he cleaned himself?

show me a hadith which allows toilets in your home,

show me a hadith that allows us to buy a house on bank loan,

show me a hadith that allows us a muslim to be without an amir mukmineen.

@munzieshah brother read my post very carefully plz , did i mentioned not to love the prophete (pbuh)?? i also never said dat it was wrong to read the quraan and all other things dat you just accused me of. also every muslim must call down blessings on him the mininute we hear his name, by Allah i love the prophete (pbuh) and i am aware for what his done for this Ummah but there is not a single aya or a hadeeth dat said we have to celabrate mawleed and if you know one plz share with us, peace.

than lets not call it a maulid than, lets call it a gathering than, of people who wants to remember rasullah(saw), his stories, give him salawat. a gathering of people who wants to read quran together, just like solah, is a congregation of peoples solah better than 1 man solah. of coz more people. so like wise. reading the quran with a congregation is not haram, so is giving selawat not.

- Scholars approved and said it was good such as Ibn Hajar and Suyutiy and others.

- Contents in Mawlid comply with the Qur'an and Religion

- Mawlid is about reciting Qur'an, dhiker, teachcing about the Prophet, saying salat and salam on the Prophet which has great rewards!!
