  • only 23% of chinas exports goes to the US.

    so 77% goes to other nations.

    saying china depends on the US shows lack of knowledge and understanding.

  • twenty three percent is a large portion.

    and they also depend on american stability so that the absurd amount of us currency they have doesn't lose value.

    so, fallows doesn't really show a lack of knowledge and understanding.

    i'm going to go out on a limb here and assume he has a much greater understanding than you do, or myself.
