liquid eyeliner is hard at first, but when you position your hand just right it seems to be the easiest one.for me it takes about 3 seconds just to do the top lid, and about 4 seconds with the bottom. so, just practice i guess :) *it took me about 3 weeks before i got the hang of it

i have the same problem but i always kinda tilt my head down as though trying to put my chin on my chest.....and apply it like that (providing that your mirror is e.g on the wall )

or, on the other hand, try tilting your head backwards and looking down to apply it...

this way i dont get the eyeliner all over my lashes and it looks nice

I know how to apply it on the top lid :) Just cloce ur eye ur putting it on, pull the eye slightly towards ur ear then draw the line as close to the eyelash a possible :D i hope this works xx

You shouldn't tugg on your eye, it causes premature sagging and wrinkles, also.. it's a tad more difficult than that..

Whenever I aply pencil black eyeliner on my bottom lid, it always comes off. I think I put it too close to the eye, so the fluides wash it away. But if I put it too far away, It looks unaturale. Please help!

you can press lightly at the side of ur eye. pull a little if needed. close the eye ure drawing... then use the eye liner. it's easier to draw.

i just keep a little eye liner pencil in my pocet just incase i need to touch up sumthin plus it helps my friends out alot. i cant do the top line thinly. its too hard but if i dont wear liner i look way different. sorry 4 typos

i use pencil on the top first, then go over with liquid. it helps draw up the basic line so that you can just quickly go over it with the liquid.

i also use pencil on the bottom, liquid smudges too easily and comes out too heavy and dark.

i use liquid eyeliner on the bottom coverqirs makes this liquid stuff and ts just like a little jell pen its amazin i love it and u dont have to keep redipping it over and over u just sharke it i love liquid eyeliner

haha i suck at putting on the bottom it is always to low. but thanks. iw ouldnt prefer liquid because usually it never lasts long on me. cause i tend to rub my eyes sometimes and it smudges everywhere. but with the pencil it only does a little and sometimes it doesnt
