hell yeah budy , good ol 318, tons of mods, great engine, i got one in mine 99 durango with 217 miles all original, and it still runs awesome, its in one of my vids with odometer for proof who think all dodges are crap, mopar for life bro!
@dodge2289 then check out the rest of my videos. If it was on dry pavement it would have dropped even faster...of course it was raining. Do you have any idea how much power it would take to spin the tires that much, on dry pavement.
hey can someone explain me smething about cams i havent really got into the whole big cams and high hp stuff most just chop of some mufflers and cold air intake but like wats a big cam would it be in the 100./100.or closer to like 480/.480
Bigger cam means longer duration and taller lift allows for more fuel
Compare it to a tap and the water is the fuel. Taller lift means how much you turn on the tap. Duration is how long you leave the tap on. If you open it half way and leave it on for a minute and you get 1 gallon of water. If you open the tap full and leave it on for half a minutes you still get 1 gallon So a huge cam would be open the tap full and leave it running for a minute you get 2 gallons twice the fuel, basic cam
here are a few more things you outta do, put in a hypertech powerstat 160, i did and it dropped my operating temp from 1093 to 160, then hit it with the hypertech power programmer III
i forgot about that, but there is on more option you can do that i did. it cost some money thou. Get a kit from STS turbo, 9lbs of boost makes a big difference. maybe with a single shot of NO2.
