Why is the drunk always a white male?

black, white, red, yellow, or brown...it don't matter! drinking and driving is fu*ked up. When a drunk driver crashes and kills people, it's considered an "accident" BULLSHIT! The drunk driver didn't accidently drink all that alcohol, they did it willingly, so where the hell does the "accident" come into play. Murder is Murder!

Notice how they chose a white male to be the drunk driver in this commercial. Male bashing and white male bashing in particular is considered acceptable in commercials for some reason. Try to imagine this commercial with the roles reversed. Would they dared have shown the African American male as the villain and a white male police officer?

This is a bad commercial. It convey's the idea that you have to be abnormally loaded with alcohol to get a ticket or taken off the road. Then you have a skidish, unsure, cop who seems like a push over, lacking authority. Bad, bad, bad. If you want to scare or educate people about drinking and driving, this isn't going to do it.
