if someone wants to put a bar in downtown for example.....she is going to say "why you want to make alcoholic people in downtown"....come on, give me a break , the gambling adicction is because these people already have a problem....are not the slot machines.....the casino is just another way to escape......could be with drugs, alcohol, etc..etc........
