  • after watching a bunch of different 80s commercial montages it's evident to me that i really only remember the ads targeted to my age group at the time. i guess those are the ones i paid attention to. shows the power of advertising.

  • It's amazing how I can still sing along with some of these jingles, 30 years later. Kind of scary thoughts about the power of advertising. I love old commercials, though.

  • Ahh when commercials actually were good.. I wish I lived during the 80s

  • Been there - memories, memories!!

  • Wish we could go back to them times

  • That was awsome!!

  • Baby Boomer Madison Avenue Love Fest!

  • Dam everything was cheap in the 80s.

  • The girl in the Kodak ad with David Copperfield was in the cast of the early '80s sitcom "It's a Living". Her name was Wendy Schaal, but her character name on the show was "Dot". Always liked that woman.

  • @elc1960 Actually, it's Gail Edwards. Wendy Schaal (A Blonde, BTW) was only on "It's a Living" for one season, but later found fame as the voice of Francine Smith on American Dad.

  • TWA product placement in the Leggs commercial was pure genius...

  • This was interesting. Not like todays commercials, if you have a one hour show, you only see 42 minutes if that much, and a one half hour show only has 18-19 minutes of actual show, with really crummy commercials.

  • Love this upload! Keep more coming!
