My brother in law owns a small boat.
There are plenty of charters..so just google boston fishing and lm sure you will find something.

we just use lures ..no bait. Sometimes fly fishing.

i live just south or boston and i fish in the harbor the last 5-6 years with little luck. when you bottom fish do you normally put it all the way to the bottom. and what do you use for bait? clam
