  • coke have perservatives sacarine and aspartae , i highly doubt if ur recipe is would work ..

  • Coke may have too many preservatives in it for the yeast work.....idk.... did it work?!?!?

  • Your gay

  • "Don't try this at home?" don't tell me what to do

  • how'd it turn out?

  • haha cute cat

  • it turns out you dont need to boil it (boiling may make it stronger acohol though) you just add the sugar pretty slowly and it should work atleast mine did

  • I have this theory. If you can think of it, somebody else has as well. Therefore, Coca~Cola wine is not a unique concept. In fact, I thought of it too. There was even a product called "Cher-Wine" and "Cola-Wine".

  • @backyardsounds How strange- I had the same idea...

  • HEY YOU.

If you want to know how to make a pearl necklace with jizzum, just ask me.

  • um boiling preservatives don't make them go away in concentrates them cuz ur steaming the water away bre. an i wouldn't put it outside, ur going to kill most of the yeast from sunlight. just sayin.

  • very strange

  • This looks really interesting. I may try this soon. Thanks for the original idea!

  • This guy looks like a vampire

  • I love it. xD "Make sure the glass is sterilised". 20 seconds after handling a cat. I love you man, you're awesome. I'm going to try this first chance I get. How did it come out? Did it taste ok? Is it safe to drink? I hear that some home made alcohol based beverages can be harmful to your liver if they aren't produced properly. anyway, good job. Awesome idea!

  • Modern Jesus :D:D

  • haha i thought the meowing was my cat at first, was looking around for him =p

  • awosme

  • if you boil it it takes any alcohol out

  • i like that guy:p

  • So did it work? I'm thinking not.

  • you are a baller

  • lol u sound like that guy off the fast show xD

  • @MrMike619sandiego Your comment says a lot more about you, than it does about me.

  • what does it matter if you cook it or not? You fool......

  • Does your coke contain sugar or corn syrup when you bought it. Do you think it would make a difference?

  • Voted thumbs up on this video. Great job.

  • who is doing the washing up mmmm

  • Isnt grape juice more acidic than coke? how come we dont neutralize that?

  • Sorry about all the bad critics out there.........they should all be ashamed......I was impressed by this video............tell me, how important is it to add pectin in those first stages??

  • moley moley moley moley!

  • Can i make it in plastic bottle i don't have glass?

    somebody

  • @piehole1234 The point was to piss you off, you stupid motherfucker!

  • I love how you set it OUTSIDE in DIRECT SUNLIGHT... Tard...

  • Walking on the peaches looking at the beaches!

  • y not add the yiest directly into the big jar??? y do v have to keep it in a separate glass??

  • Hi Honey, please set the time on kitchen stove, it's driving me crazy!!! :) Me and my friend are drinking red wine with coke right now.

  • feed the hungry cat man !!!

  • are you going to use that homemade acid to melt that mole off your face?

  • A gay guy with a cat, I never saw that coming.

  • This poor guy has No clue...

  • gesundheit @ 9:16

  • Aspartame nanotech wine!

  • I like your experimental take on making wine! Although I'm not sure if this will taste nice, if you don't try, you'll never know :-)

  • This guy's making homade Poison to drink. Don't forget to give some to the cat. Good riddense to both of you. When's the funeral?

  • Next time I go camping I'll take an "airlock" with me (instead of insect repellents) to simply keep all the flies away....

  • Nice pussy!! Meow

  • you sir, is a disgrace to the coca cola company.

  • Absolutely perfect. I love the video.

I am going to make something similar myself I think. I didn't know it would be so easy to overcome the preservatives with boiling. Impressive!

  • @piehole1234 Sterilise yourself and do the world a favour.

  • @derrytift2

    Well said sir!

  • @derrytift2 do the world a favor and make yourself steril so it doesn't have to deal with anymore of stupid cocky fucks like you which tell intelligent people who at least know something about brewing and fermentation and sanityzing to go fuck themself

  • @derrytift2 By the way youve got something on your left cheek

  • @derrytift2 The way he said it was rather unacceptably rude, but the point he made was a valid one.

  • @derrytift2 learn how to spell favor

  • @ncaafan247

He spelt it the correct way. The way you want him to spell it is the american take on the word and he clearly isn't american

  • You sir have a messy kitchen. Also, sodium bicarbonate is a base(weak)....not a natural alkaline. Alkalines are Sodium, Potassium, Lithium etc. in their elemental form.

  • You sir have a messy kitchen....

  • i know this is a JOKE BUT A BET IT WOULD F U UP

  • ...dude... theres a spider on your face

  • I can't believe this is Adam Ant now, I don't remember him being as camp as this LOL...

  • after all that u end up with contaminated cat fur coke

  • MOLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • moley moley moley moley (5 min later) holy shit thats a fat cat

  • treat it like a sugar mash. use a turbo yeast, and pH should be about 4.5.

i don't imagine it'd taste very good, but it will contain alcohol.

  • don't boil it just dump in the yeast and cap it with a A I R L O C K

  • @mrscaryspider A I R L O C K!

  • Dani filth is hosting this video??

  • I hope someone thought of a way to make a cola out of BP oil spills.

So we can save the environment.

  • the cat thing was funnier high. lol.

  • that is 1 fat ass cat

  • have you been in a fight? bruised left eye? this is, interesting, nutz, but interesting.

  • your cat knows its party time.. everytime i pickup a sack or beer and begin to drink or smoke my pets literally gravitate towards me =/

  • i LIKE THAT CAT

  • What percentage is it?

  • A camera that records in mono! It's no wonder you're making wine from Coke.

  • A camera that records in mono. It's no wonder you're making wine from Coke.

  • the bicarb would have reacted with the acid in the coke and fizzed anyway, but I imagine that adding bicarb would bring the PH of the solution up, after all coke is roughly ph 3 anyway.

  • cute cat

  • coca cola doesn't have any preservatives.

Also 375ml of coke contains about 11 teaspoons of sugar (hydrolysed corn syrup).

  • How come I shouldn't try this at home?

  • That's a big fuckin cat. Nice idea btw.

  • I wonder if the yeast in the first glass didn't do too well because it was too hot, not because it was too acidic...?

  • that guy reminds me of the mad scientists in movies xd

  • people make theese tutorials for kids that want to get drunk

  • Did it work?

  • Did he just diddle his cat then contamonate the brew with it ;/

  • u used ur hand to cover the jar when shaking......... so y go thru the trouble of sterillizng?? ur hand contaminated it....

  • Haha an airlock is to keep air out moron I mean shit it kind of implys that in its name A I R L O C K

  • @nodogyougay48 oooh arkatyou!

  • Umm ding dong wing wong?

  • @derrytift2 Lmao that was a perfect reply derrytift2

  • @nodogyougay48 bite my ass

  • @DrPott3r Why?

  • @nodogyougay48 how are you going to call someone a moron when A. you spelled implies wrong and B. an airlock in this instance is to release air so the container doesn't explode

  • @Si13ntKi11 One it was a typing error and 2nd its to release Co2 and not to let outside air contamination in. If people were worried about it exploding then they wouldn't put a lid on it in the 1st place.

  • @nodogyougay48

True, bacteria in the air will contaminate the liquid!

  • @nodogyougay48

An airlock actually lets gas out without letting outside gases in. If you just wanted to keep air out you could just seal it. Next time know what the fuck you're talking about before correcting someone.

  • @Clinterus Just because I didn't say it doesn't mean I didn't know it I was just correcting the what he said was the first function was and thats to keep air out. The yeast converts sugar into ethanol alcohol and CO2 is the byproduct that is the gas it lets out. Now just because you didn't say that should I assume that you didn't know that??

  • @nodogyougay48 An airlock keeps air from entering the bottle but allows air within the bottle to escape.

  • @ryleeryno Really? had no clue I thought it was just for looks.

  • You sound like Richard Dawkins.

  • according to the coke bottles there are no preservatives in coca cola or artificial flavors

  • sterilised is how you spell it in europe. just like they spell color "colour"

  • mmm cat hair wine. yum

  • you spell sterilized wrong....

  • eh I have heard that this stuff is horrible, make prison hooch from OJ, wheat bread, sugar and water, I promise it doesn't taste bad and It can get you drunk

  • don't cook and handle pets! now you have cat hair in your wine!

  • Please Please somebody answer me PLEASE !!!

Can u get drunk of this ????

  • :| ....... wot alcohol doesnt make u drunk???

  • fuck it ill just go buy alcohol instead

  • He left out the yeast nutriant

  • You can do without yeast nutrient. I have made many batches of wine with bread yeast and no yeast nutrient.

  • This is true, however, Production is uaually lower

and you always chance stuck and slow fermentations.

its the difference between finished in 3-4 days or 3-4 weeks.

  • I just recently finished a batch of apple wine. I didn't use any yeast nutrient. It did take a month to finish though. Also, it's my understanding that a quick fermentation isn't always better. I guess it depends on what you are making. But am sure expensive wines aren't fermented in 3 or 4 days.

  • Fermentation speed is based on yeast.

Anything longer then recommended by the yeast starts to create higher alcohols and methyls.

Wine yeast is about the 14 day range.

as temperature starts to go colder, that time is reduced.

Not always good as yeast stress is a high cause for Fusil Oils.

Also some of the most expensive wines are in fact 5 day wines. and others are 30 day wines.

    its all based on yeast.

Apple taking that long BTW will have a lot of bad alcohols.

apple should be 12 days tops

  • Colder = increased time, not reduced time, srry. typo ;P

  • Also for the record, what makes wines expensive has nothing to do at all with how long they fermented, stop trying to guess and look it up.

Has to do with grapes used, aging, raring, volume, quanity, is it reserve or limited stocks, origins, brand name and finally, is it a good tasting wine.

  • @purplemutantas perhaps it was successful because the enviroment contains natural yeast everywhere. It is impossible to make alcohol without any traces of yeast. Yeast eats sugars and expels alcohol and CO2 as waste.

  • 4:51 i would've laughed if he would've dropped the thing on the floor

  • i though you going to add the cat as well

  • YAY: I saw His Next Video and I'm Not trying this at home anymore..

  • Sorry I'm Going 2 Try This At Home...lolololololol

  • dude looks physco

  • is that Adam Ant? kidding man good video

  • What is wrong with just mixing Rum and Cola? This just sounds too nasty.

I have quite a few Gallons of Motor Oil in the Garage. Perhaps I will Mix them with sugar and see if I can brew up some petrol.

  • use sugar and honey.

  • he looks like richard dawkins... just throwing it out there.

  • man don't drink any alcohol made from sugar, it will produce some cheap rum and some methanol also if you don't do it properly.. you must of spent too much time in jail. Use some decent stuff to make your alcohol beverage, like apple juice and honey. Coca-cola wine YIKES. ! and yes there is too much phosphoric acid in your mix ( from the coke) to make the yeast viable , so you neutralize and hope for the best... wow dude... you're scary.

  • I make kool aid wine all the time... good stuff.

  • dont look into his eyes.aaaaahhhhh

  • nut enuff sugar in coke is this guy of his head

  • Louise is a Beauty !

  • why does everything need to be fucking sterilised people think ur a nerd

  • because yeast is a living organism and if bacteria is introduced it will fuck everything up and make it taste like vinegar.

  • that isnt my problem however

  • It would be if you were trying to make wine or beer.

  • it would be what

  • ur right

  • If you don't sanitize everything that comes into contact with your unfermented beer or wine you can get bacterial contamination, which can result in vile, sour flavors and in some cases vinegar instead of alcohol.

  • what is the point when it is rotten liquid

  • if i were your cat id be pissed id be like feed me now bitch

  • lol 1:10; "Step 3: add a cat to the boiling liquid"

  • if the acid is an issue, it probably would have killed the yeast enzymes anyway so its a bit pointless ading bicarb of soda afterwards, isnt it?

  • ugly cat

  • You sir are either really stupid to make wine out of cola or you are easily deceived by all the bullshit people post on the internet use your brain.

  • You actually thought I was being serious? Ha Ha Ha!

  • thanks for the video i will be having my 2009 cola in 2027!!

  • god I know wine making is almost pointless who wants to make a weak acholoul that takes a decade to make. Jeeze lol

  • U can do it with 1 day aswell ...

  • Better watch the Haloween Tasting video before you do this! hilarious - and informational.

    DON'Ts

    1) Cat in kitchen

    2) Bi-carb/Soda

    3) BREAD Yeast

    4) Ferment w/o taking a Hydrometer reading,

    5) Ferment w/o sanitizing (and/or use of Campden)

    6) Don't buy Coke products.

  • oh and thanks for the awesome video, very creative and rather tasty, thank you.

  • Nice cat

  • there was a lot of alcohol because the sugar is too many!!!... the sugar of the SOFTDRINKS and the ADDED SUGAR. So it will formed a high alcohol content.

  • why does this guy remind me of a witch making some type of brew and his "familiar" the cat hanging around?

  • LOL! Yeah your right. Thought that was a very funny and almost true observation.

  • i remember mr. bean in one of his show making wine by adding sugar to a bottle of vinnegar...

  • i dont think u can make anything alcoholic for vinigar being that vinigar is made from the mash presented to oxygen

  • i feel like hitting him with a baseball bat

  • man fuck your cat

  • That may be normal for you, but I'll give that one a miss thanks!

  • HAHAH! NICE. Great comeback.

  • Lol I love what you tagged this as!!

" Bad idea, crazy fool doesnt no what hes doing"

    hahahah!

i agree but nice try mannnn!!

  • If he added some real sugar and used diet coke instead then it work go much faster.
