  • Ahhh lift it already gah dang it!!!!

  • not that strong. considering he weighs about 270 in this vid.

  • for all the people hating on steroid use and think its not hard to get to that type of level please go take some steroids and sit on ur ass and tell me what happens because id like to bet ud be a fat fuck within a week!!!!

  • Great form really strong, not to mention the chick n the pink hot as hell mmmh.

  • @thejayslick she's not hot she only have big boobs.thats why you probably think she's hot

  • That is 495 not 500+

  • @tuckntiremaz same thing

  • I hate it when guys on steroids are giving seminars

  • @gramajo43

why man? steroids dont do all the work for you buddy. its not an easy way out. i hate it when guys that dont eat 6000 calories a day, and 400 grams of protein act like they are in a place to judge pro bodybuilders.

  • @gramajo43

And I hate stupid comments like yours.

  • Love evan, but anyone else think its time for a new haircut? I know its for a mohawk but he looks like a skid when it isnt done up haha, awesome lifts brother!

  • @bigdude90 correction. he puts WAY more time in the gym than any of us do.

  • forearm madness

  • Yeah yeah, we get it, you take lots of juice!

  • i do more =) (straight up)

  • @bigdude90 : who's he hurting? hmmmm well for starters if he admits to steroid use, he is encouraging many many people to use them to try to look like him. He also encourages people to over train by working out six days a week using weights that are too heavy for their MUSCLES to move which destroys their skeletal system, central nervous system, joints, tendons and ligaments. Answer your question?

  • @pmango1000 Evan has been very clear in the past as to the importance of recovery. He says himself that he trains at a max of 5 days a week, and more often only 4. Yes, he advocates heavy weight but he also emphasizes form first, so its not "too heavy".

  • @133moose : 5 times a week is too much for a natural trainer. Training 5 days a week & only resting 2 days is "emphasizing recovery"?? yeah right. Roids are so rampant in this sport, it has made everyone an idiot thinking that the body grows from just doing mindless set after set after set. and if you think Evan "does good form" check out his rowing technique. I folowed pro routines for years but now I train once every 4 to 5 days and I am getting better results AND no injuries and feel great

  • @pmango1000 that's ignorance, your a fool

  • @johngoo343: you are ignorant if you think that training like these pros do will get you big and HEALTHY. What it will get you is bad joints, overstressed endocrine system, overstressed central nervous system, and overall destruction of the body. The body reacts in bad ways when its over trained or if you mess with the hormonal levels. You are arguing against science here buddy

  • @pmango1000 it is dumb to train as heavy and intense as someone without the recovery from roids, but you can still model a routine after it. You can still get great results from going as hard as a natural is able to. There is a fine medium here.

  • @pmango1000 really your don't know these pro's. Dorian Yates for example, would rest a lot, and if you read up on him, he suggests resting if the muscles are still tired. He was very concerned with overtraining even while on the roids.

  • @johngoo343: I don't know pros? Yates is very rare, most pro's train all the time and do set after set. Yates was quoted saying he only spent 3 to 3 .5 hours a WEEK in gym, but he wasn't natural and would have to rest MORE if he didnt juice. Winning those Olympia's aged Yates quickly and destroyed his body. Bodybuilding should be about health as increasing muscle mass is actually one of the most healthy things a human can do, but if u destroy other parts to get there u havnt benefited at all

  • @pmango1000 Alright?… a natural can still train to a natural's capacity of weight and intensity, while modeling the pros. Maybe not set for set or workout to workout, but come on man, if your smart about it, you can pull some good weight while promoting health. Stop being so pissed off

  • @bigdude90 right ...right it's easy to curse others when you'r a big looser

  • on steroids not on steroids, it doesnt matter. you still have to dedicate your life to lifting weights. you dont take the juice then magically your huge. these guys have 15-30yrs of working out. i have total respect for anyone how is that dedicated. (:>)

  • there are several kids in my high school that can do this

  • @DaKoolKat yeah but those kids are using horrible form, they are just focusing on getting the weight up an down....from point A to point B...Evan is a bodybuilder, on this movement, he focuses on his lower back, upper back, traps, that takes years of mastery to do that, dont worry about the weight kid, Evan can pull 700 for a few, but why doesnt he do it everyweek? because the muscles he tried to work, arnt getting worked to the "fullest"

  • @whosnexttt i'm not trying to take away from evan because i admire him greatly as an athlete

i'm simply stating a fact, although "several" is more like two or three

out of those three, only one uses perfect form and that's because he deadlifts around 650 so 500 is too hard for him xD

  • @DaKoolKat yes he can deadlift 650-720 for some good quality reps, but he doesnt feel the muscles hes trying to actually "work".....if he deadlifted 500 with form that high school football players use, he would get an easy 30 reps outa that!!!!!! but no, he slows the movement down, squeezes his upper back / traps to get maximum muscle growth out of it, trust me Evan is a strong mofo, :)

  • @steveninthematrix ... Yeah Budd, but your talking about the 40's, We R in the F***ng 20th century Bud,if u are trying to compete been all natural you dont stand a chance, specially if this is your Job,like Evan's..surprising how uneducated u R at age 34

  • @steveninthematrix

Holyyy.. I just saw 490 vid.. That's some good lifting man.. great work! Hopefully ill upload a vid soon!

  • @steveninthematrix

Sorry for the late reply lol.. but yeah, I think I am lol! I've hit 405 so far... What about you?

  • Before I read the description I thought everyone was facing the wrong way lol. No one was paying attention to Evan.

  • @steveninthematrix

on how to load and unload the weight off the barbell lol i cant believe i didnt think of that before *rolling the barbell onto a small plate* lol

  • @steveninthematrix

LOL my life has become easier ever since

  • Evan centopani is a Good bodybuilder...

Look my video doing Deaflifts watch?v=dMg4ft4BjG4&feature=feedu

  • @whosnexttt. I'm not at 600 yet but I'm up to bout 450 for a couple of reps

  • Steroids increase free test therefore maximizing recovery times. Steroids are not magic and require JUST AS MUCH if not MORE time in the gym. You have to understand that steroids are a big part of the IFBB. Whilst they may "forbid" them, they are still neccesary to compete on such a level. This is Centopani's career so he like many others will do any and everything to succeed.

  • only 495 not 500 like the video says. wonder why he dosen't start from the floor?

  • @herc410

    its easier...try it sometime lol

  • @mrcookies wouldn't be of any benefit to me as a powerlifter.

  • @herc410

    true

  • @herc410 Because it s a pain in the ass to load the barbell with that 4th n 5th plate with the barbell on the floor, plus when your done its easier to just unload the plates with it on the half rack.

  • @isoprepable thats why they make deadlift jacks. but they don't have them everywhere.

  • @herc410 they hardly have them anywhere. I saw them for the first time at a military gym.

  • @herc410 probably just cuz it's easier to load and unload the plates when it's off the ground

  • hahahaha the fat guy who walks past evan just before he starts his reps

  • Awesome technique.

  • woot

  • OMG he has a BIIIG ass xDD

sorry i know im a guy and i shouldnt look at that but at the begin it was like only on his back

lol thats why i started looking at it the whole clip i was like damn thats a BIGG ass

  • @bigdude90 not to mention he gets PAID to do this. that'd be like saying, "dude you sell cars for a living? you're a fag"

  • @bigdude90 - Solid comment

  • Most bag on steroid use because of pure envy. Steroids are not a magic trick. All they do in increase recovery time 10fold. What you and I would lift in a week, he can do in a day because his muscles recover at an alarming rate. Steroids do not take away dieting and exercise routine; they intensify it. You need to work 10x harder

  • @vanguelov Actually steroids do not just increase recovery time. The main reason why they produce muscle growth is because they increase testosterone.

  • @mylesman99 omfg....test does increase recovery too....go read some more facts bro....dont get mad at me....lol

  • @whosnexttt I feel you bruh. I was just making a statement that steroids increase testosterone ASWELL as increasing recovery time. I also realize testosterone will boost your recovery time.

  • @mylesman99 oh alrighty then, heh

  • @mylesman99 You are both wrong. Steroids are rich in a substance known as Left 4 Dead 2, which causes the penis to reproduce brain matter, therefore REDUCING recovery time. Check your facts.

  • @mylesman99

They are synthetic versions of testosterone its not like they just magically make you produce more.

  • Hey that's my gym. I squat and deadlift of that rack all the time. Hey evan I'm only a 100 pounds behind u on the deadlift.

  • @bootupbitch evan just recently pulled over 600 for a few reps

  • do an internet (not on youtube) search for a video called "Derek Poundstone and Evan Centopani Pulling Deadlifts" and you will see evan do a max deadlift with 7 plates on each side (675 lbs).

for comparison, derek has a video of 800 lbs for 9 reps.

  • WOW, Evan is such a beast...an amazing bodybuilder.

  • Big centopani !

  • Ive been lifting for 4 months now,im around 90Kg and i just deadlifted 200Kg which is around 440lbs i think but i dont know if this is good as no-one really deadlifts in the gym i go to?

  • 200 kg pulling of the ground if u only weigh 90 kg is big man... if u are lifting it well done..

  • your such a fuckin liar shut the fuck up i piss on your face no hand towel

  • This guy is a freak! deadlift that much weight is insane - ive been lifting for years and have good size and cldnt dream of that anytime soon!

  • alot of people dont understand that the training for a physique like that is painful. and im not talking about do a set and rest a minute shit. If its not intense and causes workout anxiety, then you are doing it wrong!

  • unreal thickness from front to back. i hope he smokes more veterans soon

  • Comment removed

  • agreed

  • yup

  • eat some poop, you fuckhead

  • @zsgardner87 Well...Can you do that?

  • what supplement are they tlkn about????/

  • even if you use steroids like its said before.. its NOT a magic pill, think about it rationally, you inject or ingest a few MILIGRAMS and expect to be 15KILOS heavier?...nevermind that you have to eat A SHITLOAD of CLEAN food to get big...some steroids work better than others and some dont work for some people at ALL...

its like telling someone you got better when you were sick by taking 'medicine'...well wat kind...how much...how many times a day... how long..did you eat it with food..etc

  • I love how all the people that bag on a pro like Evan for steroid use act like thats the single reason why he looks the way he does and has achieved what he has. Like the only thing separating them from him are steroids. They say this as they are wolfing a tasty cake and drinking soda.

  • do you know what steroids even do?

  • dude, i was imitating all of the idiots on here who think its a magic pill or something lol.

  • HAHAHA, I couldn't have worded it any better, thank you, fuck the haters.

  • Yeah, for some reason, droves of non-steroid users think they are experts on steroid use; and what's more ridiculous, any time they see a bodybuilder anywhere at all, they feel obliged to proclaim to anyone listening that the person is doing copious amounts of steroids, and therefore, the physique they have was attained through "cheating." Never mind the fact they know nothing about this person, what they're actually on, or how good their genetics are.

  • @310stanger : If he didn't use roids, he wouldn't get the gains he gets by working out all the time. Natural bodybuilders simply just don't have the recovery ability that a chemically enhanced bodybuilder has. So sorry, bu roids have A LOT to do with his build.

  • i couldn't work out in that type of gym it's too lifeless . . . . people in the gym are standibg around and having a convo

  • There is a gym that is part of this franchise by my house and I thought it would be good until I realized it was just sucking the life out of my workouts. The place is so depressing and lifeless like you said, just people who are walking on the treadmill and doing nothing useful in reality. I just invested in a squat rack and some olympic weights and havent looked back since.

  • what kind of gym is that its like just a bunch of people standing around

  • I can hear PJ Braun in the background talking, looks and sounds like it's a seminar of some kind.

  • Yupz das ryt even with steroids ya'll can't even look like them its fucken hard try take as much roids as you can and try see if you can look like a pro Bodybuilder Hahaha Fucking Amateurs

  • Bigdude90-ur comments are dead on....Fuck all the Evan Centopani haters, and people hating on any pro bodybuilder. They bust ass at what they do even tho they are on steroids. Its a sport where performance enhancing drugs are necessary. Evan's doing big things right now so all you haters can suck dick. So don't be jealous that you guys aren't famous pro bodybuilders like Evan...they work for everything they have.

  • man he handled that well ive done 500 b4 for 2 reps and it was heavy as hell for me im pretty sure this guy can do at least 700 or more based on the level of control he had on this

  • bigdude90 i wish there were more people like you that undertand bodybuilder.....

  • zkb24 i agree w your bb comments, he is training back and not powerlifting. To say he has one of the best backs ever is completely laughable at this point. He may have the potential, but lets be serious here. He's not even close to havin the best back even though he's a great bodybuilder. I dont really think this vid is worth posting.. I mean I can dead 405x6 and i'm 185 and not juiced. I'm sure he could do 600x6 like u said, that'd be cool to see..

  • he does have one of the best backs, but thats just my opionion mostly because im a fan of his...hehe

  • "official thread for evan's scum drinker"

  • why would you say that? evan has one of the best backs in bodybuilding history!!

  • With a name like "syntholR4WinnersS" how can you talk shit about anyone? I'm guessing you use Synthol and so that means you're pretty much the biggest piece of shit on here...right? I mean, do you even train?

  • so fucking what go ahead suck EVAN 1 INCH COCK FUCKING faggot !!!!! TELL HIM IN HIS THREAD HAHAHHA COCKSUCKER

  • 500lbs with rebound is not impressive for a 300 lbs roided bber...

i can do that at 242 and drug free, with dead stop at each reps.

  • shit i agree with you lift ! the more drugs the bigger you get

  • you do know everyone is built differently right live2live1??

  • plus hes bodybuilding not powerlifting, he can prolly do like 600 pounds for 5-8 reps if he focused on point A to point B which is up and down, but he is focusing on the whole movement, check out his back and ull see why

  • Try 405+ naturally without rebound and see if you shit ya colon out...

  • 500 lbs is a LONG way away from 242....... And in terms of the weight ratio, jumping from 450-550lbs is COMPLETELY different than moving from 250-350... So yes he's 300 lbs, but 500 is large.

  • strong like an ox

  • Boooom! Who says bodybuilders aren't strong?
