  • This guy's a beast. The squats could've been lower and the military presses could've had better form but it is still a sick workout.

  • @Javd1007 umm dude, nothing is PERFECT form when your heart rate is 180...

  • dupa nie pompki

  • Did 100 reps in 95 seconds

  • this is a great barbell complex but squats and deadlifts in the same workout imo is a bad idea because think about it....a squat and deadlift are the same thing just the bar is placed on the back instead of the ground ...anyways i would do romanian deadlifts and throw in some pullups at the end of the workout

    Knee Dominant - Squats

    Hip Dominant - Romanian Deadlifts

    Horizontal push - Pushups

Horizontal Pull - Bent over rows

    Vertical push - military press

    Vertical pull - Pullups

  • @lilplaya205 definitely not the same... not even dude...

  • His left side seems slighter (maybe more dominant?) lower than the right side.... but otherwise thats was awesome

  • Did this yesterday with an empty bar....I thought I was going to hurl

  • I tried this today using a 30kg barbell and I weight about 72kg...

The only other difference was that i added a set of 12 chinups to the start of this and... it was murder. I really liked this, i did 3 sets and my forearms were dead.

    Thanks for another great tip.

  • Not trying to take anything away from him and I understand how he got a total of 9500 lbs. but is it right to count the first 20 pushups since the weight on the bar wasn't being lifted, pressed etc. Haveing said that, this dude is a beast. I just barely finished this in the gym today with only 10 lbs. on each side :(

  • if you breathe correctly and use the right weight like he did your good .great fight work out

  • can be really unhealthy if you dont know what u doing and just copy it

  • its 95

  • Its 95lbs all together....two 25lb plates (one on each side) plus the bar(45 lbs) = 95 lbs

  • HEY MARTIN ROONEY!!! WHAT WEIGHT IS HE USING?

  • Do you do these in sets too?

  • I've done this a few times....man it really lights you up,the burning is intense but it really works.

  • enormous

  • I tried it, could not finish 20 reps on the exercises, went with 10 kilos on each side, reps were between 6 and 12, almost threw up

  • Squats, Stiff Legged Deadlifts, Push Ups, Rows, and Shoulder Presses? Sounds like the Super Squat routine (except you replaced Bench Presses with Push Ups).

  • what weight did he use

  • @mikedamayor 95 lbs

  • @Chanse301 I'm pretty sure it's 135

  • @5till13lazin 2:37 it says "100 reps X 95 Pounds, 9500 Total pounds in 100 Seconds!"

  • Awesome stuff! Is it safe to push out weight reps so fast? His posture doesn't look great in the rows. Take care of your backs people!

  • @rubberritchie i think because the weight was pretty low, it didn't need perfect form because the chances of injury would be lower

  • nice my friend attempted this but with 135lb. and he got 1:58

  • i am just simply not an athlete lol

  • H.A.R.D.C.O.R.E.!!!!!!!!!!

  • Damn. He walked it off at the end like it was nothing!

  • Jaysus

  • sick

  • jesus

  • what an animal
