this is good...I just put some arms on my heavy bag with thick encased wire, armorflex(pipe insularion) and guirilla ducktape, works great for the ground. and also provides realistic punching lanes whe hung, alot of people dont relize that they acctualy would be hitting an elbow or a hand, ect...rather than the ribs or face ect.., nice vid
hey, nice idea, I sure am gonna test this but I have one question, what material is your bag of? I have one out of leatherette and I don't want to it go puff u know so is it ok to test it with leatherette?
Hi, I am not sure how durable the leatherette is. I'm sure its made to take a beating. haha. Mine is some kind of vynl. I was throwing mine on my mats so you might just try it on a surface that is soft or at least a surface that is smooth. thanks
Hi, I think it's 70. It does seem kind of bulky at first but I try to get my hips under the bags center of gravity and then use my legs to do most of the lifting and my arm to help direct it. If the bag was about 6 feet tall it might be easier.
sorry i suck at youtube, look this up. it's where tie a a inner tube from a bike or a rope from a tree or soem sort of pole. it helps with your form a whole lot.(i'm not saying u have bad form)
hey if you bring your feet togeather more you will be able to spring up and throw ur opponet off you with much more force, it will feel weird for a while doing it that way though but it works well if you do it right.
Ur right about the intracacies, but give the guy a break. That's a good excercise and he ...is... using a karate belt to grip and throw with, afterall.
Nice vid, keep up the good work!

How heavy is your bag? I have a 70 or 80 pound Everlast, which seems a trifle heavy. Just curious what you're using. Thanks!

thanks. your right about my foot placement. too far apart. I should re-record this with a little better form.
thanks

yea just remeber that the form, needs to come first. exspecialy cuz this is a very common throw in bjj correct?
just rember to throw with your legs and hips and abs/core, not your arms, chest or back.
