He does, according to the scholars of ahle-sunnah this is a beard. However, it doesn't matter if you have a beard or not, not all scholars saw it as wajib anyways, such as Imam Al-Ghazali. In any case, a person should be more concerned with trying to know God.

All mankind is from Adam and Eve, an Arab has no superiority over a non-Arab nor a non-Arab has any superiority over an Arab; also a white has no superiority over a black nor a black has any superiority over white....

why don't you study the qur'an (The book of islam) and read life story of prophet muhammad.(peace be upon him)
