You should be able to use the next pad that has no glue on it apart from * & # set speed dial first then follow the information below hope this helps.

Ah, I am not sure whether the solder I used had flux in it or not, I must investigate that! The phone I used superglue on, is that one done for altogether or just the numbers it came in contact with? As I filled up the speed dial numbers before starting work on it. Makes no odds if it's done for as I have another (got them for nothing!).

I will give it another go and let you know what happens.

Hi Thanks for your comment.

If you have used super glue this will contaminate the pad use a different pad cut the ends of the wires short twist them then tin them again.

Now put one wire inside the pad keep it pressed down on the pad and heat the tined wire for a few seconds till it sticks remove your iron then do the same with the out side pad.

Only use solder with Flux built in as this sticks better.

I am trying this now, but cannot get the solder to stick the speaker wires to the contacts on the phone, what am I doing wrong? I have tried tinning the wires, and not tinning them, I even tried superglue but it isn't working for me.
