@Nikioko Boah, wie schrecklich, wenn Leute unfundierte Verrisse schreiben und noch nicht mal die Begriffe "Vibrato" und "Tremolo" unterscheiden können. Eine Sängerin mit Tremolo sollte weder Mozart, noch Wagner oder Mahler singen. Ein Tremolo ist ein Hinweis auf eine unzureichend kontrollierte, meist bereits geschädigte Stimme. Die "Walküre" unterscheided sich von der "engelhaften Sopranistin" allein durch die Größe der Stimme. Harteros ist ein lyrischer Sopran und singt dieses Stück traumhaft.

Boh, wie schrecklich. Hier hat der künstlerische Leiter wieder nicht kapiert, dass das Laudate Dominum, ähnlich wie das Ave Maria von Schubert, ein schlankes Stück ist und dementsprechend mit einer engelhaften Sopranistin und keiner Walküre besetzt gehört. Die Frau sollte mit ihrem Tremolo besser Wagner oder Mahler singen.

Es kommt ja auch keiner auf die Idee, den Evangelisten in Bach-Oratorien mit einem Heldentenor zu besetzen.

@ndknarf - Si vous aussi avez aimé Anja harteros, regardez la vidéo du même Laudate Dominum de Mozart interprété par Cécilia Bartoli, c'est magnifique également, avec un choeur plus étoffé (adultes et enfants). Mais il attention il faut voir la vidéo postée par "carosaxone", pas les autres, plus anciennes, où la voix de Cécilia Bartoli est moins pure, un peu trop "travaillée" à mon avis et le choeur plus restreint. Je vous souhaite une bonne vision et une bonne écoute.... Amicalement.

Wow! I love everything about this video. The conductor, orchestra & the singers all sound inspired. The outstanding camera work makes it a visual treat as well. But who wouldn't be inspired with the heavenly music of Mozart heard in the Dresden Frauenkirche during the Advent Season? Beautiful! Beautiful! Beautiful!!

Thanks for posting this. I absolutely love it! This is one of my many favorites, and a wonderful performance! I was in Dresden in 2004, just before the completion of the Frauenkirche and was dying to see the interior, but couldn't. Now I have a glimpse, thanks for this treat!

Her performance is splendid indeed. I love it, how she's got the mysterious, and soothing voice to make connection with the audience. She is also very beautiful, I love her gorgeous locks, and her beautiful shimmering porcelain skin.

Those of you, who made nasty/ pessimistic comments about her, regarding her looks and her voice, have problem on their own. It takes many practice and the gift to be that good. Which lot of you who wrote nasty comments do not have.
