The rider is Lawrence Beal of the County Mounties of Hayesville, NC. The horse is Cisco a Spotted Saddle Horse. We were on duty in a park in Mobile, AL for 2010 Mardi Gras, Fat Tuesday, when the band started playing and, oh well.....they just had to dance!
