Very neat videos, I actually saw a larger, but probably still teenage monocled cobra in Chatuchat markets when I was in BKK a few years ago now. Very neat. Got there just at feeding time too!

i have cobras and i do pet them, with bare hands but i have got some antidote standing next to my terrarium

NO! Petting not approved... unlike the centipede, millipede or whatever that thing was that let me pet him.... these cobras are 100% nasty and will bite at 1st opp. I never gave them the opp. Some guys get lax with the deadly snakes and hold them like kittens... and sometimes get bit. Did you ever see what happens with a bite from a deadly snake? Hhoooo wweeee. Not something I ever want to go through!

With these guys, if you like having a functioning nervous system, hands off is best. I'd rather get bit by these than some of the flesh rotting vipers though.

you need to put more hollow wood and other hiding places in the aquarium, snakes really like to hide
