I have always loved Cheap Trick since I first heard them. I was 13 then!! This entire album was great and so was Live in Budokan! Miss me some Cheap Trick. Hope they are still rockin on somewhere out there!
for a really pop album.... a really pop group, the sure put out some rockers...... they are the most rockin' pop group ever.... i dont know if anyone gets that.... but if you do......dig it, this song really rocks as do a lotta CT song from the late 70's....
I think the Cheap Trick these guys refer to is to plagarise on every song they do. I can here a bit of Black Sabbath War Pigs in here, Donna Summer I feel Love and a bit of T-Rex Get it On. Anyone know any original material these guys have done?
What a sexy song. I wish this was written for me! It's brilliant in its subtlety. I think Cheap Trick do some of the best builds....oohhh the tension!!!! I can see why the Japanese girls go crazy, that and they're hot. I feel bad for the people who don't understand it.
Sometimes Americans have been called 'El Cheapo' sometimes California has been referred as: the Wild Wild West. Sometimes some of our greatest secrets were a few miles out, but could you contend with so many open people and still keep your identity TRUE?
the 8-string bass sounds are so too good. (of course, he could be playin the 12-string-er..!! or both. Love them tunes w/ every fiber in me lil' body !!
at budokan, dream police and one on one ... great albums
and before you start the whole bubblegum fan crud ... i listen to zappa , zeppelin , mozart , sabbath, dylan , cash , miles , marley ... and for the smart alecs who say they are just copying other bands ... zeppelin and the beatles heavily borrowed from other artists , and i mean there is no one that doesn't borrow from, listen to or be influenced by other artists. if you know little about music, you shouldn't talk like you do hahahahahaha
NEED YOUR LOVE, has all the true elements of what Rock n' Roll represents. Cheap Trick was one of my favorites in my high school days and now that I found this song, it is as if I never forgot it. Cheap Trick are bad ass . My only regret is I never got to see them in concert.
just heard this on nights with alice cooper in the car driving in a couple inches of snow tonight down here in Missouri . Let me just say that was a cool experience jamming to this on my way to get beer in the snow !!!
that does sound awesome! i just heard it on nights with alice cooper as well..awesome show BTW! this song kicks ass..I'm so glad I found it..I had never heard it before!

One of the best songs of Cheap Trick - wonderful groove, listen at Bun E. Carlos (Brad Carlson) battery (some call it drums - Bun´s groove upgraded it.)
It´s much more better to hear at "Live at Budokan" - enjoy it!
Love that Rick's giving the Dio 'horns' in the album cover pic. =)

That is as much of an anthem as Ted Nugent's "Stranglehold"
I heard it this morning, rolling across the nevada desert at 85 mph driving a 379 peterbuilt and a 53ft refer, loaded down 80,000 gross.
If that don't put you in the mood to cruise, NOTHING WILL! Rock on.
