It is hard to quit dipping. It helps to think of a good plan and have it written down in front of you and have good people there to run to who won't give you chew. I have the quit line 1800 QUIT NOW. I know what you mean when you say you want to give in after a few days. The important thing is to never quit quitting. Sometime you will get it right. Tell yourself it's not the end of the world if you slip. Just keep trying.
