man... i agree almost 100% with you compilation, actually you've got all the best goals in. i would probably move a couple up. van basten's goal against den boosh should be in top 5, van basten's overhead goal and manuel negrete's bicycle kick actually should both be top 5. these acrobatic goals are the most beautiful overhead and bicycle kicks ever for my money.

I agree, Maradona's goal is the best ever.

However, other goals included inhere are questionable for being included in the top 20.

I have seen better goals recently, like both goals scored by Italy against Germany in 2006, or so many Brazilian goals scored by Ronaldinho...

But altogether, a good show.

pretty good compilation, but I agree with a few others here. I would say there are at least 5 other great goals that should be included. There's also a european-south american bias here. I feel like one of Jay Jay Okocha's or tony yeboah's goals are on par with some of these.

I would take out Nos. 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 10, 11, and 12. There are lots of better goals than those. Roberto Carlos' free kick, Messi's goal similar to Maradona's, several Ronaldinho goals, the scorpion goal by Aristizabal, Maxi Rodríguez' world cup goal, at least one by Asprilla, Romario, Signori, Klinsmann...

Finally someone recognises Maradona's as the greatest ever. I'm sorry but that Carlos Alberto goal is so overrated. The way the Italians were defening made it very easy for them. there wasn't even any off the ball movement. The Argentina goal fromm 2006- now that was class, they really had to work hard to score that goal, they were closed down much quicker.

Falta aqui o golo de calcanhar de Rabah Madjer na final da Taça dos Campeões Europeus 1987 (FC Porto x FC Bayern M). Merecia pelo menos a 10ª posição neste ranking. O próprio Pelé achou que seria o melhor de sempre se Madjer não tivesse olhado para trás (a verdade é que só olhou depois de rematar).

Falta também o 2º golo de Rai na Taça Intercontinental de 1992 (São Paulo FC x FC Barcelona) - merecia uma posição entre 15º-20º. De resto, a escolha não está má.
