  • you look wet

  • i hate it:P every one says brill..i find it streaky and doesnt stay on long:P i got it before the light one and is too dark too

  • ur face is so glowyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

  • Ignore the rude comment, I love this tinted moisturizer.

Whats a really really dewy foundation, Have you tried the laura mercier illuminating tinted moisturiser?

    Thanks Love your vids x

  • @charleelooo I have tried it and I think I did a review on it- it is ok but it is just a tm - I prefer more coverage like Dior Nude or Bobbi Brown Skin! :o)

  • Have you tried covergirl aqua smoothers?? if so which would you recommed you rebel or covergirl! i hav redish spot prone skin!??

    would love a reply! =]

    thanks

    x

  • @Themisscheesymir I have not tried that-sorry!

  • @Themisscheesymir i've tried the covergirl it's awful it doesnt cover at all

  • I really wanted to like this, I got the original sample, I tried it, but it felt really oily :(

  • i love how you say exactly what you think! (:

  • its light on your skin because it is for light skin! -_-

  • I just love how you reply to people i think it is so rude when people don't reply I dont like this tinted moisturizer i really wanted to like this too but it just did not work at all. What is your favorite tinted moisterzer?

  • @TheMorganstout aww thanks I try to reply to people with questions! My fav is the Laura mercier Oil free TM! :o)

  • i love it! i got it in october & now its april & i'm soooo close to finishing!

  • No offense... But you look like you're using the normal colour. You know, the RED/ORANGE one!

  • That's true but people don't use as much as they're supposed to (I believe a teaspoon just for the face, which if you think about it is a lot) and it really dilutes the protection. A higher SPF will give slightly more insurance.

  • have ou tried the normal one

  • no I have not!

  • the normal one is the one she is using the red one is not the normal one and they both work the same but in diiferent colors!!!

  • @poppy9009able noo the red one is the normal one, that's why its just called you rebel, this is the lite one

  • I used the origional and I actually really liked it! It had pretty good coverage for a tinted moisturizer i usually use shiesdo (sp) which i also love.

  • the normal one is the one she is using the red one is not the normal one and they both work the same but in diiferent colors!!!

  • i feel exactly the same about this product - wouldn't reccomend it at all! my face is left looking greasy when wearing this,

  • Okay that works for me thanks for your time! (:

  • Hi would you do a review on the "Smashbox Sheer Focus Tinted Moisturizers SPF 15" cause u have read in some of the popular magazines saying it has been voted best Tinted Moisturizer because of the finish and the light coverage it gives BUT I just would like to know if it really does stand up to what people say... now there is a color called "Luminous" and they say that color works the best on most people but IDK if that is really true so if you could do a review on it that would be great! Thanks

  • I have not yet tried the Smashbox TM- I actuially have been staying away from TM's and keeping with my full coverage foudantion! If I pick this up I will show it in a haul and just remind me you wanted a review! :o)

  • Hey Lisa,

    I love your videos!

I am a makeup newbie, and don't have much makeup.

    What do you suggest?

  • I would suggest really basic stuff- a foundation, setting powder, blush, eye shadows (4-6) liner and mascara- oh yeah and some lip stuff! I have a MAC starter kit video that may help too!

  • out of 10 how would u rate mac studio fix fluid foundation? x x

  • probably an 8!

  • If you want I have an extra Chanel Hydrax+Active Teinte in Bronzelit if you want to give it a try. I can send it to you if you want to message your address to me. I think you'll like it. Lisa

  • Thanks for the offer girl- I sent you my info! You are awesome!

  • I think my skin broke out too with this product... I used You Rebel Lite for a few days with Mac Prep&Prime. Bit disappointing cause I had heard so many good things too about this tinted moisturizer :(

  • I have combinatiion skin and have You Rebel Light & I love it!(:

  • spf 30 and spf 45 or more actually have the same protection rate of 97% so it actually doesnt really matter as long as you have spf of 30.

  • I really love this product! It smells amazing and it makes my skin look so nice and I luckily don't break out to it. People should definitely try it out for themselves as I think this is a great product !

  • I love You Rebel ( the original one) and I have oily skin and it works so great on me. too bad it didnt work for you because it is awesome.

  • i forget if i've asked you if you've tried those bb creams (blemish balms) that kinda exploded here in asia, the missha perfect cover has an spf of 42, so i use that when i have to go out in the day.

i helped me with my break outs, has a high spf, covers well, a moisturizer, and an antiwrinkle(?), sorry can't read Korean hahaha.

  • can you review the stila tinted moisturizer?

    if you ever get it?

    :)

  • I did a reviewo n the illuminating one that thy have and it was good but I dont think I will repurchase the regular one sorry!

  • I have dry skin and I use You Rebel Lite...It hasn't broken me out. I really like this product.

  • it actually only comes in two colors. the original is just you rebel. then theres you rebel light... i heard the you rebel makes you look like a pumpkin =/

  • its quite orange when i tried it on at the store..its for much darker skin

  • when i got my consultation for benefit; they said i should get a tinted moisturizer because i didnt need that much coverage. i was thinking about buying this; but i wanted to hear some reviews on it. since i have the same combo. skin like you and i have the same dry spots i dont think im going to get it now...

  • hi Lisa, i'm a big fan of ur channel i think u r #1 reviewer on YT thats why i need ur help. i am 28 years old i have normel skin i dont have too much fine lines on my face but i do have arround my mouth (the one from smiling if u know what i mean) so which antiaging product u recommend ? and what is a good lip balm for a very dry lips ? and what do u think of Clinique anti wrinkle products? sorry for the long comment.thx

  • I personally love patricia Wexlers line for all of these things- you can buy them at Bath and Body works- I talk about a lot of them in my skincare video! :o)

  • I have Lorac ProtecTINT moisturizer I think I am going to stop using my reg moisturizer before the application as well because after a couple hours I start getting oily.

  • I don't know about your Benefit counter, but about 1 month ago, I went to get my brows waxed at their bar. They also retouched my makeup w/ the Rebel(red) and eye makeup--within hours my face started to breakout. I use the rebel regularly but I think their makeup tools were DIRTY! My face broke out for 7 weeks and now is recovering. Be sure to ask them to clean brushes b4 using them on you, that goes for every makeup counter/store.

  • there is only two shades of you rebel theres the lite and the darker shade which is just called you rebel (its a red tube)

  • how dark is the darker one? Like a light tan or dark enough for say beyonce or rhianna? I wanna get this but ive only seen lighter shades :(

  • i personally think the regular you rebel not the lite one would be dark enough for beyonce lol i have olive skin tone and the regular you rebel was too dark for me. i think you might be able to use you rebel. check out your sephora for the original you rebel it is in a red tube rather than the creme colored tube which is you rebel lite

  • how do you get the samples?!?

  • At sephora I am a beauty insider it is free you get samples when you buy certain things or amounts! :o)

  • I have that tinted mousturizer and I really like it! but the only thing for me is that it feels a little bit oily on my skin too! other than that I really like it!

  • Lisa, your earrings are amazing. Can you share more about them?

  • They are from a gil bublegarm- amazing! One of my hauls I talk about them and put a link to her page for them!

  • You look beautiful here!!!!

  • So interesting! I have quite dry skin & this product is great for me! They need to have a medium shade though as the two they have are too dark or too lite for most people.

  • Hi! I also have this sample but I haven't try it yet...

  • I also tried this on my sensitive skin and no matter how I applied or layered it...I also broke out. Thanks for your reviews! They're wonderful!

  • Hey, can you do a review of Rimmel's Glam Eyes? I love your earrings by the way! : )

  • I have not yet bought the glam eyes if I do I will make sure to do a review though!

  • I lah it =D

  • Tnx so much for your honest review.

I'm staying away from this one .

My skin is very sensitive & there's no way I'm going to be tempted by this TM.

    Love your earrings :)

  • Hi,

    Thank you.

  • eitehr MAC prep and prime spf 50 or now I am using Murad oil control mattifier

  • hey girl- once I aam done with this job we will totally have to catch up over lunch! :o) Yay glad you got sexy curves!

  • I also got a sample of this and found it way too oily for my already-oily skin, even in the winter.

  • tried this one didn't like it still love the laura mercier tinted moisturizer. Love your tutorials Lisa! Wish I could have seen this tutorial before I bought it.. LOL!

  • I actually like You Rebel lite (its the perfect shade for me, you rebel regular is too dark for me). It is the perfect summer product. it wasnt oliy for me and i have combination skin as well. Too bad it didnt work for you

  • Thanks Lisa...don't need something that will break me out!

  • do you know what i could use as i have very dry skin all over my face?. so i than could put my make on the top. thanks lisa.

  • you should probably start using a serum Patricia wexler makes a great one and you can get it at Bath and body works!

  • Thanks for the review! Very helpful :)
