The way I did this was I used a lighter, set X and O up for the medium kicks, both buttons, then just used the lighter and rapidly ran it back and forth across the two buttons A LA Mortal Kombat test your might.

Kdaouiji, you should set that kick button to a button you can 'spam' easily, one of the round ones. That makes it a lot easier. Then you just spam it (very lightly) again and again and again quickly. Do that for a minute or so, and it should work. I just don't see why they added it in the game, you have to be extremely skilled to do this during an actual fight.

if your still stuck i changed both my HK buttons to Rb and LB(xbox) or the equivalant on PS3 (R1 and L1) and i presses RB(R1) as fast as i possibly could and presses LB(L1) at random intervals or change HK to A(X) and try the same strategy i got it under 5 sec.

I succeded with my gamepad but you have to hit the button VERY quickly. I understand why it is said this move is easier to do with sticks.

LOL u guys are hilarious. The feint will NOT throw off [good] players, even the people unused to fighting Sagat and especially the people who play Sagat.

Why? Well it isn't because of the different branches in the tree of combo follow-ups you can do after the fake kick. Rather, it is because of the succinct ways players have to counter, evade, block and in general nullify basic attks.

e.g.: in real life, you need to aim your block. In SF4, you crouch or stand block which stop a LOT.

For those of you having trouble, let me share with you how I beat this: Make Heavy Kick one of the "face" buttons (For PS3, X,O,Square,Triangle, for 360 X, B, A, Y) Then do a jumping high kick and MASH THE FACE BUTTON LIKE MAD.

The people who say this is useless obviously don't go to tournaments and see pro sagat players, this kick is more uefull that a regular heavy kick because it can throw your oppenent off, being able to do these consistently will cause ur oppenent to mash out and ultra/super or uppercut by accident.

This really isn't that hard. All you have to do is map out 2 hard kicks and then slide your fingers across, sort of like in soul calibur.

Well, the tech. used on that video response I got works too. If you use your middle and pointer fingers to hit the R2 button twice really fast, it generally goes off. You just have to make your fingers kind of stiff and follow through with both of them.

For me though, setting any number of face buttons to kick didn't work. It would always be like I was holding down one button while the other was pressed, so the move would fail. The buttons just didn't pop up quite fast enough.

I just did it after ten minutes of struggling all I did was make every face button HK put the controller on my lap and just tap the buttons with a sliding motion with the tips of my index finger.
