@222therockers I would say 99% of these cats in my video are in California State Prisons and weights were taken away in the late 90's. So my statement stands true to my video, these cats get yoked without weights because they were removed from the prison system. I know many prisons in America have weights, but California does not. As for blowing off steam, they are going to put in work regardless, weights aren't going to curtail the violence in prison.
