Then, if you dont go to the supermarket to get the tomato (plugin) how hell will you make the sauce ? Maybe you will create your own tomato from scratch ?!?! lol , so... how do you make yourself kicks if you dont have a synthesizer or a distortion plugin ?

There was a time in 1996 when i started making music with a softwares called "trackers" (impulse tracker, fast tracker, scream tracker) where everybody makes the music with samples (trackers supported multiple audio formats) . That was creativity ! yeesss!! what times! All that music in tracker composing was made with samples (leads, pads, kicks, snares, hihits, fx, all ripped). Nowadays sampling is like a crime. If you were lived at that time you would never said that.

@DavidekNysa dude, just edit the sample, you can make samples sound different to how they were originally by using effects or layering, besides the fact nearly all punch and kicks sound like this :P so go and use microtonic and junglist and shit and waste 3 hours of your life making a stupid kick if you want but this is useful

I made this videotutorial for english people because here in spain Hardstyle does not exist. I could do this video speaking Spanish very good or speakin english very bad. What Do you prefer ?
My own punches are not so cool like profesional-punches. The same as basslines :). As you can see on my videos i never use the same punches (or i try it), and i always give quirk propieties to my (ripped) punches. I have my own tricks mate
the metronome is a fundamental piece for mark the TIME (tempo). You can put a kick instead the metronome. The metronome works guiding you to place more instruments in the sequencer (piano roll). The important thing is follow the bmp or tempo or rythm of your song (by metronome or by kicks)

perhaps In your fucking language kick=punch but in my language punch is not a simple kick . Punch is more heavy than the kick.
