ha ha ha, I was there at the signing! I delivered pizza to the FSC staff. I asked what was going on and they told me it was just some guy from hollywood named Dane Cook. I was like who? I googled him up later.
BTW... the signing was at the newly built FSC Athletics Complex on the corner of North St and Congress St. (not a very safe neighboorhood)
